Delivery Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed as quickly as possible after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact information you provide are accurate and that someone is available to receive the package at the delivery location.

If our delivery representative arrives at the agreed delivery address and is unable to hand over the order because the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or fails to receive the package after a reasonable waiting period, the delivery attempt will be considered unsuccessful.

Any subsequent delivery attempt will require the customer to pay a new delivery fee before the order can be re-dispatched.

FravionX is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Refund Policy

No Refunds

All sales made through FravionX are final. We do not offer refunds for any products once an order has been confirmed and processed.

Please review your order carefully, including product selection, size, color, and shipping information before completing your purchase.

Damaged Items

If your order is damaged during delivery, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package.

To report a damaged item, please provide:

• Your order number.

• Clear photographs of the damaged product.

• Photographs of the packaging (where applicable).

After reviewing your claim, if we determine that the damage occurred during transit, we will replace the damaged item with the same product (or a similar product of equal value if the original is unavailable).

We do not provide monetary refunds for damaged items.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for products that are confirmed to have been damaged during delivery.

Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or intentionally damaged are not eligible for exchange.

FravionX reserves the right to inspect all returned items before approving an exchange.
